“The coronavirus outbreak is the biggest public health emergency in a generation. It calls for dramatic action, at home and abroad, of the kind not normally seen in peacetime. Our goal is clear. The over-riding objective is to protect life.”
(Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, The Rt Hon Matt Hancock MP)
Life as we knew it has been turned upside-down. We are currently unable to socialise in the same ways as previously we have all too often taken for granted.
CPF meetings usually take place in a city pub or similar type of establishment. However, given the lockdown we have decided to take these meetings online using Zoom.
The latest topic for discussion is the COVID-19/ Coronavirus pandemic.
This meeting of the CPF will take place on Monday 13th April at 6 pm.
Members can register to attend by clicking on the link sent to them via email. If you did not receive this email please get in touch with us at [email protected]
